Secret Advantage is my new nickname a small batch of the Tiny Whoop HEX 19000kv motors! I've given them this nickname and new box sticker as a way to make a comment on the way spec-class loopholes are sometimes kept secret rather than made public (see below).

Tiny Whoop HEX 19000KV are the original 802ex 19000kV motor, and the basis of several other clones, like those released by Happymodel and Aerial Outlaws, (who have released them in Purple!).

These are the exact same motor as the UWL-approved TW Hex 19kkv motors, but because they have a new nickname and new sticker on the packaging, they are seen by some as "new branding" and therefore have to be re-tested by Isaac Pettit before they are officially allowed for use in UWL. Both Isaac and myself expect them to be approved, but there is no timeframe for when the testing might be done. In the past approval has taken more than 7 months.

In the early days of brushless Tiny Whoop, this speed of motor was chosen for higher throttle resolution that favors control of the aircraft as opposed to extreme, battery-eating power.

If these motors are exactly the same as UWL-approved motors, 

what's the so-called Secret Advantage?

Since the beginning of spec drone racing (in Miniquads, giant drones, and now TW), pilots have tried to find loopholes within the spec to get an advantage. Some of these pilots make the loopholes public, but others keep them secret, which is (in my humble opinion) against the spirit of the spec. The point of spec racing, after all, is to equalize cost, equipment and aircraft performance in an effort to emphasize skill as the great differentiator.
