In EVERY holodeck simulation we've put it through corbopple measurements were through the artificial roof. In fact, the only way this unit could be improved would be by making sure each bell had two shafts. And we all know there is no way a standard prop could accommodate that much Katra. (as of this writing there are no commercially available Klingon props so this is a moot point in the present era).

ULTRALIGHTWEIGHT

  Each 702 motor weighs approximately 1.3868g with wires, and 1.2219g without wires. Weighing the motors alone, this motor is lighter than all other currently available brushless 702 motors (including the ultralight NBD 30K motors and the famously-light Betafpv 702SE motors). The result is a jump in your aircraft's power to weight ratio.


Reducing the weight farthest from the CG (center of gravity) also makes changes to the aircraft's attitude easier, leading to less finicky PID tunes and less thrust necessary to quickly adjust your aircrafts position or orientation.

Smooth, Powerful, Responsive.

Due to a lighter bell swinging less rotational mass, Project Topspin motors reach a slightly higher maximum thrust, and can achieve this higher thrust more quickly. Faster transient response is what gives your aircraft the responsive POP you need to make a lightning correction, snap into a turn, save a dive or scream off the launchpad.

One of Project Topspin's most significant advancement is the world's first un-slippable LOCKING SHAFT. The key and keyhole mechanism means that slipped shafts are a thing of the past. My god I can't tell you how good it feels to say that. 
This innovation took years of attempts, and even after a manufacturable mechanism was developed lots of delays and challenges arose. The final result is this perfectly balanced ultralight shaft that fits into the motor bell like a key in a lock.

A Message from Mr. Tiny Whoop

about Tariffs and Pricing

Hey everyone,

I’m speaking to you now both as a business owner and a member of the FPV family we've built together.

For almost ten years now, I’ve been doing everything I can to keep Tiny Whoop prices steady, even as costs started to rise. But with the newest wave of tariffs—more than doubling the cost of nearly every part we import from China—that fight has hit a wall.

Lots of you have already noticed some prices going up across the site. This isn’t a price hike to chase profit. It’s survival mode. Like everyone in the FPV industry right now, I’m facing a set of changes that hit fast and hard. Nearly everything we source from China now costs us more than double.

For an irresponsibly long time I ate the costs of the tariffs, but the math doesn’t work anymore without putting Tiny Whoop at serious risk.

So here’s what I want you to know:
Every price increase is a response to real, unavoidable costs.
Even with the price increases I’m taking a big hit.
When this pressure eases, I’ll roll back prices immediately.
