**THIS IS THE RP-SMA VERSION OF THE TRIUMPH! Double check to make sure you've got the right connector with the picture below! These work great with the TinyGoggles and many receivers, but not all! Click here for the SMA version**

In all my whoopings, this antenna has stood out as having the best reception I've seen when used on your goggles or video receiver. Whenever I fly I try to have another set of goggles or a screen to make friends and show off, and if i'm using a Triumph (and I always do) and my "passengers" use any other antenna, they are always astonished that I can stay in the air in spite of losing video at longer ranges. The truth is I have much, much better video with this antenna than all other antennas, save the very high-end antennas like the pepper-box.

These antennas sell everywhere on the internet in sets of 2 for 40 bucks. Because Tiny Whoop pilots need only one antenna (for the goggles or reciever/groundstation) I requested permission to sell them indivudually at half the cost of the set- hence the 20 bucks per antenna.

Here's what Team Black Sheep has to say about this little gem:

While other antennas rely on copycat designs the TBS Triumph takes a giant leap in 5.8 GHz antenna technology. Video Aerial Systems LLC (IBcrazy) and Team-BlackSheep have come together to re-invent how the modern 5.8 circular polarized antenna should look and perform.

In our quest for the cleanest video signal and best range possible, we have ventured way beyond the traditional bent lobes of Cloverleaf designs and invested significant time and effort in finding the best antenna designs known to man, and modifying them specifically for FPV use.

After extensive design and testing, we focused on making  sure the Triumph was durable enough to take even the toughest of abuse. After many test flights and extensive feedback from our pilots, we decided to use a double-jacket heavy duty Semi-Rigid cable and tin-plated connectors. For protection we created a special foam-filled and ultrasonic welded enclosure to secure the antenna from inbound trees, or other objects :)

FEATURES:

  • Manufactured and tested to highest standards
  • Best in class range and signal quality
  • Extra compact and low weight
  • Ultrasonic welded and foam infused cover for ultimate crash-protection
  • Double-jacket semi-rigid cable for heavy impact resistance

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Frequency range: 5500-6000MHz
  • Gain: 1.26dbic
  • Axial Ratio:   0.74
  • Cable: RG402 (heavy duty)
  • Weight: 11.5g
  • Height: 85mm, 3.3 in
  • Connector: RP-SMA

Make sure you've got the right connector! These antennas are RP-SMA, and work with the Tiny Goggles and lots of other receivers, but not all. If you have a standard Fatshark module, you'll want THIS VERSION.

A Message from Mr. Tiny Whoop

about Tariffs and Pricing

Hey everyone,

I’m speaking to you now both as a business owner and a member of the FPV family we've built together.

For almost ten years now, I’ve been doing everything I can to keep Tiny Whoop prices steady, even as costs started to rise. But with the newest wave of tariffs—more than doubling the cost of nearly every part we import from China—that fight has hit a wall.

Lots of you have already noticed some prices going up across the site. This isn’t a price hike to chase profit. It’s survival mode. Like everyone in the FPV industry right now, I’m facing a set of changes that hit fast and hard. Nearly everything we source from China now costs us more than double.

For an irresponsibly long time I ate the costs of the tariffs, but the math doesn’t work anymore without putting Tiny Whoop at serious risk.

So here’s what I want you to know:
Every price increase is a response to real, unavoidable costs.
Even with the price increases I’m taking a big hit.
When this pressure eases, I’ll roll back prices immediately.

If you have any questions or ideas it would mean a lot to hear from you!

We’re still shipping every day, still guaranteeing satisfaction on all orders. But this is the toughest moment Tiny Whoop has faced in nearly a decade.

Through all of this, my mission hasn’t changed. I’m still committed to helping people experience the gift of flight, to keeping TinyWhoop.com on the leading edge of innovation, and to making sure the magic of Tiny Whoop doesn’t get swallowed up by politics and global economics.

If you’ve been a part of this ride in any way, I am so, so grateful! Thank you for supporting Tiny Whoop, thank you for supporting my family, and thank you for being a part of this amazing community!
